Based on the original PT-2, the Classic 2 features Pedaltrain's original four-rail design and traditional rail spacing. However, the Classic 2 has been updated with an open-front design (portholes are history) making power supply mounting more flexible and convenient. The elevation has been raised by approximately 1" to clear a wider variety of power supplies and switching systems.
And, as always, Classic 2 is made with Pedaltrain's signature featherweight aircraft-grade aluminum.

Two of the Pedal Power 2 Plus's outputs feature a variable "sag" control that lets you adjust the voltage to replicate the natural compression of dying batteries. At lower voltage settings, the sag control introduces compression and sustain to emulate the tone of vintage fuzz, overdrive, and wah pedals. Dial in as much or as little sag as you like to shape your tone with the responsiveness of carbon batteries without the inconvenience.

In addition to its six standard 9V outputs, the Pedal Power 2 Plus provides two 9V outputs specifically designed for powering Line 6 modeling pedals like the DL4 Delay Modeler and MM4 Modulation Modeler. The Pedal Power 2 Plus can also combine multiple outputs to provide 18V and higher for pedals that require increased voltage. With a maximum total output of 1800mA, the Pedal Power 2 Plus packs enough power for even the most complex pedalboards.
