"Maintenance" is defined as service performed to keep a properly handled instrument operating correctly. Maintenance is not cosmetic in nature and does not include customization of any part of the instrument. This Agreement does not cover damage or loss, nor does it cover problems created by negligence, ridiculous behavior, or repairs not made by our technicians. The total value of repairs cannot exceed 50% of the value of the instrument. No portion of this Agreement is refundable. The purchase of this Maintenance Agreement constitutes acceptance of these terms.
